Main design features

  • Using castings treated with silicate gel pickling and passivation, the pump body is free from sand holes, resulting in a smoother surface. This improvement has led to a 10% increase in pump efficiency.
  • Utilizing a unique poly-magnetic and combination push-pull advanced magnetic circuit, it features a compact size, high power, low eddy current losses, high efficiency, no slippage possibility, and excellent reliability. The magnetic steel quantities in both the inner and outer rotor ensure the transmission of rated torque, with a reasonable margin based on the natural demagnetization rate of rare earth permanent magnets. The magnetic steel is designed to have a lifespan of 15 to 20 years.
  • Advanced and Reliable Axial Force Balance Technology: Solving the issue of axial force balance is a critical technology for magnetic pumps. A magnetic pump axial force self-balancing structure has been developed, which can achieve nearly zero axial force at operational points, greatly enhancing the overall stability of the system during operation.
  • Thoughtful Bearing Structure Design: The sliding bearing structure ensures smoother operation of the magnetic pump, facilitating seamless medium flow and optimal lubrication of the sliding bearings. Additionally, both the sliding bearings and thrust plates employ a thermal assembly anti-rotation structure, reducing pump vibrations and extending the bearing's lifespan.
  • The TMC features an intermediate support structure where the isolation sleeve primarily serves as a pressure-bearing component. This design ensures excellent concentricity, and the tungsten carbide bearings are unaffected by thermal expansion and contraction. They can withstand short-term dry running due to the self-lubricating nature of tungsten carbide.
  • The TMC utilizes neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) strong magnets with a surface magnetic intensity of 380-450 Gauss, which do not demagnetize during use. This enables the pump to handle media with a specific gravity greater than 1.2 but less than 2, providing a longer lifespan and enhanced stability.
