• 1. General mechanical seals are suitable for clean media without suspended hard particles. The newly installed series of pipes and liquid storage tanks should be washed carefully to prevent solid particles from entering the sealing face and make the seal invalid. 
• 2. In the crystal medium, when using the mechanical seal, we should pay attention to flushing frequently. Before restarting after stopping, if the crystal of the seal end face is washed clean. 
• 3, disassemble the mechanical seal should be careful, do not use hand hammer, iron and other things to knock forcefully, so as not to destroy the cover. 
• 4. If the dirt can not be removed after the mechanical seal has been used for a long time, do not knock it forcefully. Efforts should be made to remove dirt and rinse clean, and then disassemble to ensure that the components are in good condition. 
• 5. When assembling, pay attention to the parallelism of the static ring and the rear cover so as not to affect the sealing effect. 
• 6. Correctly adjust the compression force of the spring so that it is not too tight and too loose. When installing, you should first turn it by hand. You should feel that the seal must have some compression force, and can rotate freely and flexibly. If you do not feel to adjust the compression force of the spring, to ensure the effect.
